Remember Your Truth. Rekindle Your Fire. Take Bold Action Towards Your Dreams.

You Don't Need A Life Coach... You Just Need A Library Card

There are times when it is simply not sense-making to work with a professional coach. Such as...

-You aren't ready for change. There are major things brewing. So intense you can feel it and it frightens you. And... you can hardly acknowledge the potency of what might come.

(I refer to this as "circling the drain" - I have a LOT of experience with it. There is no judgment if you are there, Beloveds!)

-You are being called to deeper stillness inside of yourself.

(At times you don't benefit from interacting with anyone but yourself. I've been there too.)

-You have other priorities for your money.

(This is by far the most common, especially for people that have not experienced the space and rocket fuel created by working with a professional.)

For all those times, and any others, when it is simply not right - I am sharing with you my wisdom library. Don't feel bad about other priorities for your money or any other reason if it's not the right time. Just do the resourceful thing! Grab a book off the shelf, imbibe the truth, integrate with your instincts, and move on the better for it.

Without further ado here are my top selections to support your transfiguration:

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

I've read this book twice and quit my job each time. Heady stuff. Life altering material. Tread carefully.

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer

When you are ready to free yourself from the frantic acrobatics of your mind, read this book. It's that simple.

The Secret Language of Your Body by Inna Segal

I consider this book a twin of the one below. Absolutely essential wisdom! Energetic, spiritual, emotional causes of dis-ease in the body. Use this as a reference to heal even more quickly...

The Language of Emotions by Karla McLaren

I hope one day every child will be taught this material in school. Emotional fluency is key to a healthy world and I hope you will add it to your bookshelf!

The Three "Only" Things by Robert Moss

I can't believe it's taken me this long to become acquainted with the work of Robert Moss. He is an expert on Dreaming, and talks in this work about imagination and synchronicity. It's brilliant!

Outrageous Openness by Tosha Silver

Oh dear ones, if there was ever a book for you to read to connect with the reality of what is... this is it! God only has three answers for you, Yes, Not Yet, and I Love You TOO Much. Tosha knows. And I hope you will too.

The Art of Extreme Self-Care by Cheryl Richardson

I think this text needs to be required reading for every woman. Full stop.

Steering by Starlight by Martha Beck

An incredible book for navigating towards your best life, by my coach mentor, Dr. Beck.

Oh, The Places You'll Go by Dr. Seuss

For sheer positivity and support this children's book is worthy of shelf space. I feel children's literature can be much more magical and supportive at times. We need that.

So what are your favorite books? What did I miss? Hit me up with your best suggestions!

The Universe is conspiring to gift you with everything you desire.
